Welcome to first-class food served in excellent facilities

Parkland Catering provides food service to the Gallagher Centre in Yorkton. We serve breakfasts, lunches and dinners for all occasions in the Convention Centre, provide lunches and dinners in the BMO Lounge (limited hours), and operate the concessions in the main foyer of the Gallagher Centre and in the Farrell Agencies Arena.

Depending on the size of the event, we can also serve dinners in the Flexihall and the Curling Rink, should the Convention Centre not be large enough. We have served a full dinner to as many as 1,200 guests in the Flexihall.

Our chef will be pleased to work with you to ensure your breakfast, lunch or dinner meeting or event is one that will be long remembered.

We will work with you to design your menu requirements, room layout –- even the decorations and music you may require -- to really “wow” your guests.
